Mint, hawthorn and valerian is a SOpharmacy product, suitable for taking in a state of stress, anxiety and insomnia. The formula contains extracts from the three plants - mint, hawthorn and valerian. It has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular, nervous and digestive systems. Mint is used as a sedative for nervous tension and depression. Hawthorn stimulates arterial blood circulation and has a beneficial effect on cerebral and peripheral blood vessels. Valeriana has a calming effect on the central nervous system, with benefits for mental fatigue, palpitations, and lowering blood pressure. Available in a pack of 50 tablets.

Usage
After meals from 1 to 4 tablets per day.

Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not suitable for use by children, as well as before driving and operating machinery or during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Storage:
In a place inaccessible to small children, up to 25 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat or moisture.
