The product should not be taken by people who are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients of the product.
The product is not intended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and people with mental disorders, including depression.
Long-term use of melatonin is not recommended, as in the long term it may lead to disruption of the natural mechanisms of sedation.
Melatonin and hop preparations reduce attention and concentration, so they should not be taken at least two hours before driving, working with devices and machines, and other activities that require high concentration.
It is not allowed to be used in combination with drugs with a sedative, hypnotic and antipsychotic effect, as well as with alcohol.
